THIS IS A USED FORMER LIBRARY SHOP MANUAL IN GOOD CONDITION. IT HAS IT'S FAIR SHARE OF MARKING FROM THE LIBRARY INCLUDING THE TOP AND BOTTOM PAGE EDGES. IT HAS A PLASTIC PROTECTOR ON THE SPINE. THE INSIDE PAGES ARE CLEAN, NO OTHER WRITING OR DAMAGE.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND A USED BOOK IS JUST THAT.  I have no way of knowing it's history. Some used books smell like old books because they are old used books.
