This is a barn find that I'm listing for a friend. I have cleaned it up a little, but could be pollished better. It has pitting mostly on wings and head. Replate crome if for show, or use as is. You are buying what you see. Happy bidding.

On Oct-20-13 at 19:19:19 PDT, seller added the following information:

This 1952 Nash Hood Ornament is in good condition. I have cleaned it up with just some chrome polish with a cloth rag. It could be buffed more for more shine. The pitting is mild considering it is 61 years old. You can use as is or re-plate. It would be the icing on the cake for your ride. Who wouldn't  want a beautiful chrome naked lady on there hood?

This summer has been a big one for fans of limited-production British automakers. First, we heard that TVR has returned, or is at least planning to return, with production expected to resume in 2015. Now we're getting word that Lister Motor Co., which built the remarkable Lister “Knobbly” Jaguar cars, is getting a new lease on life.

Venturi America

Utilizing the same 300bhp equivalent battery powertrain, the America evolves the Fetish's technologies and looks to the future of the small-scale French manufacturer. The bespoke carbon monocoque chassis forms part of the America's bodywork, with the rest being made up of two separate deformable 'cells'.

Vauxhall Insignia Ecoflex (2009) first pictures

Tue, 21 Apr 2009

By Ben Barry First Official Pictures 21 April 2009 13:20 Vauxhall has announced its answer to the planet-conscious Volkswagen Passat Bluemotion – the Insignia Ecoflex. Essentially the Ecoflex is a 158bhp 2.0-litre CDTi Insignia, but an army of now-familiar C02-slashing improvements have been swung into action. These improvements include under-car panelling and a lower ride height to help the Insignia cut through air more cleanly (the drag factor falls from 0.27Cd to 0.26), plus lower rolling resistance Michelin tyres.
