It is designed to be a small inboard and has the rubber disc that is part of a friction clutch. Has a Carter Model N carb w/ the spark arrester. Engine will be shipped w/o fluid, securely packed and insured. This engine is supposed to use a flexible steel exhaust pipe. There is a small dent on the bottom of the blower housing. The recoil has a steel cable and works well. No gas cap. The engine does turn over well with some compression. I have not tested it any further than that.
