YOUR LOOKING AT A CUSTOM RESTORED 1953-54 CHEVROLET BEL AIR STEERING WHEEL. THIS WHEEL IS CORRECT FOR 1954 AND WILL FIT 1953. 1953 HAS A DIFFERENT PLASTIC EMBLEM IN THE CENTER. IT HAS BEEN PAINTED WITH ACRYLIC GREEN AND ALMOND PAINT. IT HAS BEEN REWORKED WITH EPOXY FILLER AND SANDED AND COLOR SPRAYED AND THEN CLEARED. Car insurance market condemned by MPs
Fri, 04 Jul 2014CAR INSURANCE is a "highly dysfunctional market" in which firms' pursuit of profit has led to higher prices for consumers, a report by MPs has said. In some cases, business practices have not been in the consumer interest and have "inadvertently encouraged criminal activity", the report from the House of Commons Transport Committee said. There was no clearer example of this than "insurance firms' willingness to pay compensation for whiplash claims which they suspect are fraudulent without requiring the claimant to undergo a medical examination".

Weighing less than 1100kg thanks to its Dallara-sourced carbonfibre chassis, the R.S 01 has a 3.8-litre V6 engine developing ‘more than 493bhp.’ The engine is borrowed from in-house alliance partner Nissan’s GT-R Nismo high-performance coupe, and is breathed on by two turbochargers. It’s mounted amidships and revs to an angry-sounding 6800rpm.
