Toyota and Lexus cars may have problems with stalling engines
Thu, 01 Jul 2010More than a quarter-million Toyota cars sold worldwide--including many Lexus cars--have engines that may suddenly stall while the car is moving, Toyota said on Thursday. So far, Toyota has not recalled the vehicles, which total about 270,000 units. And its announcement in Japan did not say how Toyota discovered the problem.
Kia to unveil Cub concept at Seoul motor show

Designed by Kia's Namyang Design Center in Hwaseong, South Korea, the concept measures in at less than four meters long and is the latest in a series of explorations into Kia's B- and C-segment future models, following last year's Trackster concept and the Provo concept shown at the Geneva show earlier this month. From the single released image, the Cub features another possible direction for Kia's now-familar tiger-nose DRG with a slim, horizontal air intake running underneath two-point LED headlamps.
Acura releases specs, photos of the ZDX
Mon, 20 Jul 2009Acura confirmed specs and released more photos Monday of the new ZDX, which is scheduled to arrive this winter as a 2010 model. The ZDX is the vehicle being pitched as a “four-door sports coupe” and, as expected, will come with a 3.7-liter V6 engine making 300 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. That's paired with a six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
