:

This is the upper grill portion from a 1954 chevy truck. This should work on a 55 first series, but I know it came from a 54...sadly, I threw away the rest of the grille 15+ years ago!

It has had the lettering bodyworked and smoothed over. It has sat outside for 15+ years, so I would recommend sanding and repriming this piece.

Some of the mounting tabs are bent but it has no major damage.

Please see my other auctions for a few more 1954 chevy truck parts I have

Alfa Romeo 4C in action at the Goodwood Festival of Speed (video)

Thu, 18 Jul 2013

The Alfa Romeo 4C made its dynamic debut (pictured) at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed The long awaited Alfa Romeo 4C finally made its debut in production spec at the Geneva Motor Show in March, and at the weekend the 4C made its dynamic debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. To make sure the 4C made as big an impact as possible at Goodwood, we’d expected Alfa to run up the hillclimb in the launch edition 4C, which gets plenty of extra goodies including a carbon fibre body kit and spoiler, but this 4C looked to be a standard model. But even though we’d like to have seen the launch edition with its extra carbon fibre goodies, the standard car gets exactly the same 1750cc 4-cylinder petrol engine with enough get up and go, 236bhp, to move the lightweight 4C (under 900kg) to 62mph in just 4.5 seconds.

Rankin: Spirit of Ecstasy collection

Thu, 03 Nov 2011

Earlier this year, Rolls-Royce announced its collaboration with renowned photographer Rankin in celebration of the Spirit of Ecstasy centenary. Over the course of the collaboration, Rankin has snapped 100 images all inspired by the Spirit of Ecstasy – the defining feature of Rolls-Royce's face. Exploring the femininity of the ‘Flying lady', Rankin worked with a variety of materials, fabrics and paint to create the portraits and other works.
