1954-1955 First Series GMC (and Chevrolet if you change the buttons) TRUCK RADIO. Not for cars! Not exactly what you'd say "Plug 'n' Play," but it's a good start. Rechromed (?) front and back cover; Repop knobs and glass; appears to have most parts within the radio. BOTH knobs appear to work (adjust the volume, if it had sound, and dial/selector moves freely). Few cars perform well in new insurance group crash test

The first batch of 11 luxury and near-luxury cars put to the test by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety didn't fare so well--only three were rated as good or acceptable. The test rams the front corner of a car into a fixed barrier at 40 mph.

A development of the Cross-Coupé model seen two years ago in Beijing.
