This is a rare opportunity to acquire a new windshield for a very rare item at least in the US & Canada. We have 2 new clear windshields  that fit 1954-59 Austin A90, A95, A105 & Westminster Saloon (Sedan) models. These were manufactured by Shat R Proof back in the 1950's. This was the largest US made aftermarket  producer of windshields for several decades.  Both windshields have factory stickers, one does have some spots of delamnation that should be cover when installed. Besides  the typical minor delamination these windshields have survived  and are great for restoration or as a spare. We never carry this item, not even sure available in the UK.  How can you beat this deal??

This ships UPS oversize for a range between $115-155 within most of the continental USA. There is also a $25 windshields carton fee.  Please note we can ship 2 together by truck freight (safer) for a little more money. Just let us know where and we will provide a rate quote.

'Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish': A tribute to Steve Jobs (1955-2011)

Sat, 08 Oct 2011

The recent passing of Steve Jobs, co-founder and CEO of Apple, has found us mourning the loss of a visionary who brought not only technology and functionality to the product design industry, but also transcended the boundary into automotive design. Jobs succeeded in making what was at the time a foreign invention – the personal computer, a device impeded by its lack of usability – attractive to the masses by making it simpler, intuitive and essentially more functional for those who didn't hold a PhD in physics. From his previous experience with the artistic qualities of calligraphy, Jobs took a sector that was so inward looking that it risked alienating the consumer – regardless of its capability – and wrapped it up in a warm, aesthetically appealing package that could be more easily understood.
