PLYMOUTH HUBCAPS 15" (2)

HERE'S SOMETHING THAT IS HARD TO FIND YET REASONABLY PRICED. THESE CAPS ARE BECOMING A RARITY AND REALLY COOL TO DISPLAY IN THE TRUNK IF YOU ARE RUNNING CUSTOM WHEELS.   KIND OF FUNNY HOW WE USED TO FIND THESE CAPS ONCE IN A WHILE AND NOW WE NEVER DO. THERE ARE 2 CAPS LISTED HERE. ALSO WONDERFUL CAR ART FROM A DAY WHEN U.S. MANUFACTURES USED UNIQUE DESIGNS AND STYLING.

USE THE ZOOM FEATURE AND LOOK CLOSELY TO BE SURE THESE ARE WHAT YOU NEED AND WANT BEFORE BIDDING, AND PLEASE, READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION.

ON TO THE DESCRIPTION.  THESE ARE 2 OF THE BETTER 54 PLYMOUTH CAPS WE HAVE FOUND ALONG THE WAY.  HONESTLY WE RARELY FIND THEM.  THEY ARE NOT PERFECT BUT GOOD.  ONE CAP IS EXTREMELY NICE WITH HARDLY ANY DETERIORATION.  A COUPLE OF SMALLER DINGS AND SCRATCHES.  THE OTHER CAP HAS SLIGHTLY MORE DETERIORATION AND IS A LITTLE DULLER IN FINISH.   ANYWAY, IF YOU KNOW THESE CARS YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO FIND THESE CAPS IN ANY CONDITION.  I RATE ONE OF THESE A 4+,  AND THE OTHER A 3 +, ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE RARITY & CONDITION. A GREAT DEAL.

ONE OTHER COMMENT, WE SPENT A SEVERAL WEEKENDS AT SOME OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MIDWEST OVER THE LAST YEAR.  HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND NONE OF THESE!  TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THESE.

I try to be honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old hubcaps have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend hundreds for a set the best you can do are look for those in decent shape which these are.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 10 years of selling over a 7000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.   THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

Clarkson tops poll of dream celeb passengers

Thu, 10 Oct 2013

Jeremy Clarkson is the nation's favourite dream passenger, according to research by car-sharing website BlaBlaCar. Jeremy Clarkson would of course be great company, full of wit and un-PC humour. And you would get to hear him scream powerrrrrrrrrr every time you set off from the traffic lights.
