Here is a used tail light housing that we recently acquired. This came from a 55 Cadillac, but it will also fit the 54 Cadillac. It is for the PASSENGERS side of the car. It is in driver condition and is not perfect. In the next to last picture you can see where it has been scraped along one edge and messed up the chrome. There are no other dents or dings on it. The chrome outside edges that everyone will see are in good condition with the exception of that scrape, there is just a little bit of light pitting in the chrome. There are no tail light lenses for it, you will need to supply those. There is some heavier pitting on the inside areas of the housing, but those areas will be covered up by the lenses when you install the lenses. Winning bidder pays only $12.00 shipping anywhere in the US. Int'l extra. Good luck!!

The Hongqi L5 is the most expensive Chinese car you can buy

Tue, 22 Apr 2014

China's oldest car company rolled out its first vehicle on Aug. 1, 1958; it was a chrome-lined black sedan designed -- like the pastiche of 1950s cars it resembled, including the Packard-esque Chaika -- to strike equal amounts of fear and inspiration into the revolutionaries. In Chinese, "Hongqi" in means "red flag," the most potent symbol of the Chinese Communist Party, making it a fitting name for a company that supplied the apparatchik.
