Here is a used tail light housing that we recently acquired. This came from a 55 Cadillac, but it will also fit the 54 Cadillac. It is for the DRIVERS side of the car and it has the gas door access built into it. It is in driver condition and is not perfect. In the second picture you can see it has a small light dent in one edge. There are no other dents or dings on it. The chrome outside edges that everyone will see are in good condition with the exception of that dent, there is just a little bit of light pitting in the chrome. There are no tail light lenses for it, you will need to supply those. On the backside everything is intact, nothing is broken. I tried to lift the door up and it did not go, so you will need to WD-40 the hinge area on the backside, I didn't want to force it open and break the hinge. There is some heavier pitting on the inside areas of the housing, but those areas will be covered up by the lenses when you install the lenses. Winning bidder pays only $12.00 shipping anywhere in the US. Int'l extra. Good luck!!

Running until New Year's Day, the scheme will see posters placed in pubs and clubs urging drinkers to report those flouting the law to the Crimestoppers hotline.

Concept Car of the Week: Heuliez H4 (1972)

Fri, 21 Jun 2013

With the H4, Heuliez set out into unexplored territories by offering a concept tailored to the needs of taxi drivers. If today's minivans are an integral part of our daily lives, this Peugeot 204-based H4 should be placed back in its original context in the early ‘70s, when this monovolume architecture still belonged to science fiction. Its dimensions are comparable to a Renault Modus although it's shortened by 140mm.

Vauxhall Cascada Convertible: Aimed at hairdressers?

Wed, 05 Sep 2012

Vauxhall are teasing a new convertible – the Vauxhall Cascada – that appears to be Astra based but stretched and pushed upmarket. We knew Vauxhall (and Opel, for that matter), were planning a replacement for the Astra Twin Top which we guessed would be the new Astrra Cabrio. But it’s not, it’s the Vauxhall Cascada.
