For sale is a pair of early SBC straight bolt pattern valve covers with Chevrolet Script. These will clean up well. Nicer than they appear in photos. I do not see any major dents. Disregard the pram handle wing, snowplough undertray and steroidal wheelarch extensions, and you have the car to replace the current Lacetti in around 2008. The production model should use GM's next-generation Delta platform, which will also underpin the next Astra and a proposed Saab hot hatch.
Daimler-Renault alliance approved, report says

The pact would allow the German and French automakers to collaborate on a range of products, including small cars, commercial vehicles and engines. AutoWeek first reported on the alliance last week.
