This is an NOS gas pedal Ford part # B5A 9735-A. This gas pedal was used on all 1955 thru 1960 Thunderbirds, 1955 and 1956 Ford passenger cars and 1956 thru 1958 Mercurys. This pedal has never been installed and has FoMoCo stamped on the base. The gas pedal accelerator rod head slips into the round boss at the topside back of the pedal. Perfect for replacing a missing, damaged or worn gas pedal. Payment is expected within 10 days of the close of the auction. Yes, March is a bit late for a Christmas Special, but it’s becoming the Top Gear norm. What isn’t normal is the fact that there are no cars for Messrs Clarkson, Hammond and May to drive, instead they’re all in beaten up trucks bought sight unseen from the internet for a road trip across Burma to the River Kwai.
