SPEEDOMETER HAS BEEN BENCHED TESTED AND IS IN WORKING ORDER. HAND RETURNS AS IT SHOULD. SPEEDOMETER HAND REPAINTED IF NEEDED. . SPEEDOMETER COVER CLEANED AND REPAINTED WHEN NEEDED.
