Up for auction are GM original left and right interior pillar garnish for 1955, 1956, or 1957 Chevrolet 2 door hardtop. The garnish molding is in very good condition, free of dents, dings, with very light rust on the back side as shown in picture #2. This pair has been off since 1971, so they do not have the rust pitting issues so many others have. GREAT pieces to restore for your 2 door hardtop. 'Outside the Oval' art exhibition showcases Ford Australia design team's creativity

Members of Ford's Melbourne design team have created over 30 works of art for a new exhibition. Called Outside the Oval, the event is normally held internally, as an opportunity for the design team to explore creative pursuits that may have previously been limited to their spare time. However, this year it will be opened to the public for the first time, with artworks including sculpture, 2D paintings and digital art.

For the first time, General Motors studios across the world have submitted design studies for the next-generation Chevrolet Corvette. Late last year, Ed Welburn, GM's vice president of global design, invited GM's 10 styling studios to submit design proposals. Some "were absolutely phenomenal," Welburn said.
