Up for auction is a GM original interior left pillar garnish for 1955, 1956, or 1957 Chevrolet 2 door sedan or 4 door sedan passenger car. The garnish molding is in very good condition, free of dents, dings, with very light rust on the back side as shown in picture #4. This one has been off since 1971, so it does not have the issues so many others have. GREAT piece to restore for your 2 door or 4 door sedan. When VW revealed the Eos facelift last month at Frankfurt there was little more on offer than a bit of a nose job to bring the Eos up to date with Volkswagen’s family nose. 2010 LA Design Challenge entrants revealed

The futuristic proposals, which called for designers to envision a 1000lbs (454kg) 2+2 vehicle that delivers comfort, safety and satisfactory driving performance without sacrificing the emotional connection today's consumers demand from their vehicles, come from the west coast design studios of seven automakers – General Motors, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Toyota and Volvo. For the first time since the Challenge's inception, studios outside California have also been allowed to enter the competition.
