NOS Radiator Hose. Prestone brand by the Union Carbide Corporation. Prestone number CA3-2017. Hose is in perfect condition and in original box. Hose is: 2" ID and 17" long. This Vintage radiator hose is NOT like the smooth, non-Vintage look like todays cheap hoses. The hose has the outer nylon ribbed Vintage look and has "Prestone" stamped on it. As noted on the box, it is a heavy duty hose, long life construction, steel wire ribs-prevents collapse, nylon reinforced outer wall, free-flowing inner wall withstands high speed engine pressures. Because of the design, it will bend to a 90 degree angle and will not collaspe. Judges look for the smallest details such as Vintage, period correct looking radiator hoses. Just try to find this type of radiator hose at your local Auto Parts Store. As with anything please check YOUR application before bidding. Team Lotus snaps up Caterham +video
Wed, 27 Apr 2011Team Lotus buys Caterham Cars - and a Team Lotus Special Edition Seven to celebrate Team Lotus – that’s the ‘Lotus’ F1 run by Tony Fernandes, not the Hethel mob run by Dany Bahar – has bought Caterham Cars from Corven Ventures for an undisclosed sum. Which is all very apposite, what with Caterham being the spiritual home of Colin Chapman’s Lotus Seven and keeper of the Chapman ethos of lighter is better. To tie Caterham back in to the Lotus name could work wonders for sales.

Button Confirmed For Festival Of Speed
Fri, 30 May 2014IT’S BEEN announced that 2009 Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button will return to the Goodwood Festival of Speed on June 26-29, where he is expected to provide one of the event’s star attractions. Button is no stranger to the Festival of Speed and has attended 14 times previously, driving machinery as diverse as a 1970 Can-Am McLaren M8D, a P1 supercar and Alain Prost’s 1986 title-winning grand prix car. This year, McLarens attending the event include M23, MP4/2 and MP4-26 Formula 1 machines.
