We recently acquired a large trailer load of classic car and hot rod parts from a lifetime collector and this distributor was in that batch of parts. This is a Mallory dual point distributor and the number on the tag is 2548201. From our research we believe it fits most Chevrolets from 1955 to 1980, but we are not 100% sure, so verify that if you can. It appears to be in very good condition, it is clean with no obvious defects. It comes with the maroon colored cap you see in the last picture, but the cap is dirty and I don't know how good it may be, so count on replacing the cap.
