Last week we revealed that the Kia Pro_Cee’d GT is on its way in 2013 with a version of the 1.6 litre turbo found in the Hyundai Veloster Turbo, and upset Kia ion the process. The new 9-5, a longer-wheelbase version of the Opel Insignia and the Buick Regal, is poised to go down in the annals of automotive history as a major rarity--a design that was fully tooled for production yet never got built.
