I don't remember what this clock came out of so I aqm listing as is. Excellent chrome and face
Country/Region of Manufacture:United States

Manufactured by The Geo W Borg Corp in Chicago USA. Stamped Aug 1954 so I figure it is for a 1955 vehicle but I just cant place it. It is complete with wiring and bulb. The bulb is marked 8V so I don't know if it is 6V, 8V or 12V. I didn't want to ruin it by putting the wrong voltage to it. The Chrome and face are in excellent condition. The hands do move by turning the set knob. A nice addition to your clock collection. Or will dress up your vintage, hot rod or rat rod vehicle. NOTE Sold AS-IS.

To prove that there really is something for everyone in Monterey Historics week, on the same day that Concorso Italiano takes place, and The Quail, there’s a further gathering that focuses on Teutonic machinery – Legends of the Autobahn. Now in its fifth year and run by the BMW Car Club of America, Legends of the Autobahn sees the Mercedes-Benz Club of America, Porsche Club of America and Audi Club North America teaming up to produce a show that’s more intimate than most other parts of the Monterey Historics week – but no less absorbing.

As we said back in June when we had the first details of the 2011 Mondeo, Ford has given it a few cosmetic tweaks to freshen it up and had a serious play with the oily bits. On the cosmetic front the new Mondeo gets ‘Kinetic-icized’ to keep its DNA in line with the rest of the Ford range.

Alfa MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde gets a tweak and a tickle

Fri, 01 Jul 2011

2011 Alfa MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde - cosmetic tweaks & new toys The Alfa MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde already sits at the top of the very appealing MiTo range, but that hasn’t stopped Alfa spreading more Alfa goodness across its bows for the new 2011 model year cars. Don’t get too excited that the tickles include power upgrades – they don’t. But when the MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde already boasts one of the best Alfa engines for a long time – the 1.4-litre TB Multiair – that’s not too much of a disappointment.
