This is the lifter valley cover from a 1955 Cadillac 331 CID engine. The 331 CID Cadillac engine was used in 1955, 1954 & I think 1953, I think this part would work for these 3 years but I am not 100% sure so please verify for yourself before buying. This is in good used original condition. It has some surface rust from being cleaned and then sitting around in my barn for many years. Would sand off and paint fine. Comes as shown, Sold As Is. Please let me know if you would like any other info. Thanks

I am happy to ship oversea's, and if you purchase multiple parts from me I will put them all in one box, saving you on shipping cost. Canada still offers surface parcel international for oversea's delivery. Please note that every country's postal system is different and handles packages differently. If you are oversea's and choose surface parcel it can take 4 - 8 weeks to reach you. Delivery to the US generally takes 10 - 14 days. I ship things the cheapest way possible. If you would like or require faster service please let me know, I can ship Fed-Ex. They are faster, but they are more money than the post office. I have no control over how long the post office takes to deliver. The shipping prices I have listed for England and Australia are for surface mail, the cheapest way I can send it. Insurance and a tracking number are included. Air Mail is available at an additional cost if you require faster service, Please ask.

I am parting a 1955 Cadillac, please e-mail me if you are looking for other parts. Thanks

Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series gets a price. And it’s a big number starting with ’2′

Sat, 02 Mar 2013

Mercedes has come up with a price for the SLS AMG Black Series in Germany where it will cost a quite large €249,000. We always knew that the Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series would become a reality, if for no other reason than not having a Black Series of the most potent AMG car in existence would be daft. But it took Mercedes until the Autumn of 2011 to actually confirm they were going to build the SLS Black, and until November 2012 to actually reveal the SLS Black as a hardcore version of the already fairly hardcore SLS.

Government driving down electric avenue

THE GOVERNMENT is to lead by example by buying more than 150 electric and plug-in hybrid cars for its fleets. All fleet managers will have funding allocated with a view to buying ultra-low-emission vehicles (ULEVs) to replace older vehicles as part of the their normal working life cycle. According to Westminster sources, a long-term plan is in place to make such cars and vans entirely commonplace.

Peugeot 90X breaks cover

Thu, 04 Nov 2010

Once a well kept secret in Peugeots Sport factory in Vélizy, near Paris, Peugeots new 2011, codenamed 90X, has been out and about for its first test at the Monza track. While the 90X complies with the new ACO's 2011 regulations, it still requires some considerable amount of work to be done to be ready for 2011. A curvier windscreen and slight change to the nose but the biggest changes are the new fin leading from the cockpit to the rear spoiler, aimed to offer more down force and avoid flipping in the case of a high speed crash.
