This auction is for a very nice Passenger Side grille section for a 1955 Ford passenger car. Please review the photos - this is a driver quality piece and not show chrome. There are no holes, etc, it is very solid. It may be an excellent candidate for rechroming if you are looking for a show quality part. Bid accordingly. Jeep Altitude package blacks out Compass, Patriot and Grand Cherokee models
Tue, 27 Mar 2012Jeep is introducing three special-edition vehicles that will be sold under the Altitude name. The moniker was selected by 100,000 adoring fans voting on Facebook. Blacked-out Altitude versions of the Jeep Patriot, Jeep Compass and the Jeep Grand Cherokee will go on sale in May.
Citroen C-XR concept looks like Citroen’s take on the Peugeot 2008: Beijing Motor Show
Mon, 21 Apr 2014The Citroen C-XR Concept (pictured) debuts in Beijing The Citroen DS 6WR was revealed last week as a new SUV heading for the Beijing Motor Show, but it turns out it’s not the only Citroen SUV making a debut in Beijing. The Citroen C-XR concept – a creation of the joint venture between Citroen and China’s Dongfeng – has also been revealed as a compact SUV / Crossover, and looks like the Citroen take on the Peugeot 2008. With styling that says more SUV than Crossover – added butch bits, wide chunky nose and a statement grill – the C-XR looks production-ready, and although Citroen has done what it can to make the C-XR look like a proper SUV it appears it won’t be getting 4WD.

Essentially the Ecoflex is a 158bhp 2.0-litre CDTi Insignia, but an army of now-familiar C02-slashing improvements have been swung into action. These improvements include under-car panelling and a lower ride height to help the Insignia cut through air more cleanly (the drag factor falls from 0.27Cd to 0.26), plus lower rolling resistance Michelin tyres.
