Removed from 1955 Innocenti Lambretta LD150, kick start, frame #1184**, 'U.S.A' wiring, 'Grigio Chiaro'.

AS pictured, AS IS(eBay buyer protections still apply). The outside has been completely stripped of someone's black spray paint and treated with Ospho and penetrating oil. The residue you see comes off with common wax and oil remover paint prep. The inside was only cleaned of scale and given the same treatment. There are two small dents, a small crack in the front edge, and some other very minor dings and pitting. Please see all images as this item is being sold AS IS(eBay buyer protections still apply).

The name means “mongoose” in Italian, and even if this American half-breed never killed a Cobra on the track, in the looks department it’s still lethal. DeTomaso built 401 Mangusta sports cars from 1967 to 1971 before it was axed in favor of the ubiquitous Pantera--a styling step backward in the eyes of your humble author. The Mangusta formula was the same as that for Pantera: a Ford V8 engine (albeit a 302 rather than a 351C) midships in a sleek Italian body.

Toyota Motor Corp. faces yet another possible federal investigation, this time of the electric power steering in 2009 and 2010 Corollas. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is considering a formal investigation of alleged defects reported in the compact car, agency spokeswoman Karen Aldana said Monday.

The XKR GT3 was unveiled at the Autosport International Show and will compete in this season's FIA GT3 European Championship. It keeps the 4.2-litre supercharged V8 of the Jaguar XKR road car, but has been tuned to produce at least 475bhp in race trim.
