This is an original 10 page color article carefully removed from Collectible Automobile on the legendary 1956 through 1973 Saab automobiles! This includes the 93, 95 and 96 models. Tthese cars were manufactured in Sweden and featured a 2 cylinder engine (later 3 cylinders) and rear-hinged doors. The styling was influenced by airplane aerodynamics. This article, printed on thick high quality paper has beautiful glossy color pictures and interesting history of the marketing and sales of this Swedish fastback. Also included in the article are the engineering changes through the years, specs for the American market, including prices. This is a rare find for the Saab fan. Having discovered that an SUV could revive their fortunes after they launched the Cayenne a decade ago, the smaller, lower-priced Macan should give both Porsche’s sales and profits a big boost.
