Up for auction we have an original pair of 1956-57 CORVETTE HEADLIGHT RETAINING RINGS. These appear as new and are used to hold the headlight bulb in position in the bucket. They are made of stainless steel and have the slit in the side where the repops do not.

Chrysler says it needs another $2 billion in aid
Tue, 17 Feb 2009In submitting its viability plan to the federal government on Tuesday, Chrysler asked for an additional $2 billion beyond the $7 billion in loans it sought late last year and outlined further steps to cut costs. Chrysler said it will reduce fixed costs by an additional $700 million, cut 100,000 more units of production capacity, discontinue three more model lines and sell $300 million more in assets.

You can do your own jokes, but rest assured it won’t be called that once it reaches the UK sometime in 2015. It’s based on the same platform as the all-new Honda Fit, the car we know as the Jazz, and will go on sale in Japan this December.
