This engine was set up as an emergency water pump power plant. VERY low hours, run on propane its whole life, well maintained and spotless inside (i pulled a valve cover to look).

This will make someone an excellent rat-rod motor as-is (just change cam, install carb and go), or build it for the ultimate hot-rod engine. This one has the desireable block and heads, log manifolds, everything you need to start your build. MOPAR fans, dont miss out on this one!

I will help with whatever form of transportation you choose, and can even deliver the engine within the continental U.S. for an added fee, just give me your zip code for a delivery quote.

Any questions, you can call me 10am-6pm mon thru fri at (870) 741-2088, ask for J.D.

Jaguar Land Rover to build cars in China

Sun, 09 Sep 2012

Jaguar Land Rover has revealed it is going to build cars in China, starting with either the Freelander 2 or Evoque. Jaguar Land Rover has revealed that it going to build cars outside the UK for the first time (as opposed to re-assembling Freelander 2 CKD kits as it does in India) in a plant just north of Shanghai. As this is China, official permission from the Chinese government is required, but with the joint venture between Chery and JLR now official its seems unlikely to be a problem as JLR will already have agreed to Chery producing JLR cars with Chery badges on.

But part of that story was on last year’s Koenigsegg Quant, a four-seat electric supercar we saw at Geneva 2009. At the time it was billed as a Koenigsegg Quant (although, as Koenigsegg pointed out to us, it was always a commission project) but now it’s set to return to Geneva 2010 as the NLV Quant.
