This is off of a 1956 Ford 292ci engine, possibly a Crown Victoria(FDS-12127-3A). It is in beautiful shape and moves freely. I happened upon a long-forgotten treasure trove of point type distributors at a wrecking yard that had them stored inside and had them sorted. They were all pull-offs and may or may not still run. I am starting the bid at half of what they normally go for on Ebay, so get it while you can.
Please check out my other auctions for more hi-performance vintage and rebuilt carburetors, fuel injection, and distribuors.

BMW M6 20120 – Spy shots

Tue, 22 Jun 2010

Tail fins are making a comeback at General Motors Co., although they are a far cry from the saillike appendages of the 1950s. And this time the company is calling them blades. The look, pioneered on the Chevrolet Volt to improve aerodynamics, will appear on other models to boost fuel economy, said Ed Welburn, GM's global design chief.

EBay exotic: 1972 Fiat 850 Sport Spider

Tue, 14 Jun 2011

Exotic might be a strong term for a Fiat, but when’s the last time you saw a nice 850 Spider? Our friends at Bring a Trailer spotted this gem on eBay Motors in what appears to be surprisingly good condition, particularly since these little Italian roller skates turned to dust upon contact with any form of moisture. The year and Sport moniker indicate that this is the more powerful, revised 850 delivering 52 hp from its rear-mounted 903-cc I4.
