This is a complete rebuilt factory distributor, Ford part # B6A 12127-D.  This distributor was used on 1956 Fords and Mercurys with a 292 or 312 Y block V8 engine and a 4V Holley carburetor.   This distributor is complete with the new points, new condenser, new rotor and a new distributor cap.   Factory stamped into the body of the distributor is the Ford engineering # "FDT 12127-B2."  The dual vacuum advance was tested and is in working condition.  The gear on the bottom of the shaft has 14 teeth.  Perfect for replacing a missing, damaged or aftermarket distributor with a factory assembly line original.    Payment is expected within 10 days of the close of the auction. Jaguar is putting the finishing touches on its heavily revised 2011 XJ sedan, remaking its flagship sedan in the mold of the XF sedan. Based on a re-engineered version of today's all-aluminum XJ chassis introduced with the sedately styled 2004 model, the next XJ will be significantly different in appearance, drawing its coupelike-sedan inspiration from the Ian Callum-penned XF. "People know that something is coming, but they're going to be very surprised," says one source involved in the project code-named X351.

The newly restored 1912 Silver Ghost Throne car One of the first Rolls Royce in India – the Nizam of Hyderabad’s 1912 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost Throne car – has been restored to its original glory. In 1911 the 6th Nizam of Hyderabad – Mehboob Ali Khan - ordered a Rolls Royce Silver Ghost, and had it sent off to Bakers of Edinburgh to create a very special body, fit for Nizam (think Maharajah, the generic term for Indian Royalty). The brief was to create a body that would be a throne on wheels, and Bakers duly obliged creating a Silver Ghost with rich yellow paintwork, a silver domed roof, gold mountings and fittings and an interior trimmed with silk and brocade.
