1956 Oldsmobile NOS 15” Fiesta spinner wheel cover.  I have had this for many years but I am reluctantly selling it due to other priorities.  It is in excellent unused condition.  It does have a little bit of shelf wear on the spinner part, nothing serious – should be easily polished out.  The factory Fiestas are stainless steel unlike the many reproductions that were/are made of chromed steel.

PayPal ONLY FOR ALL BUYERS! Payment due within 7 days upon completion of auction.  Also, please don’t ask if I can send an item cheaper – I won’t send it for less than what the shipper is charging me.  Large and/or heavy items can be expensive to ship – sorry!  I always look for the least expensive way to ship.   Please don’t bid if you have no intentions of paying!  Non-payers will be reported to eBay.

It looks like a proper car – even if it’s not exactly drop dead gorgeous – it has the accoutrements of a real car and you can pile in your shopping and the kids just as you could in any other family sized hatch. But from our perspective the LEAF is an orange trying to be a banana.

New Mercedes GLA does off-road – a bit (video)

Thu, 15 Aug 2013

Mercedes want you to know the new GLA (pictured) can do off-road too. Mercedes are wasting little time in promoting the new GLA, with yesterday’s reveal of the A-Class Compact SUV coming with the first video trailer to whet potential buyers’ appetites. But it seems Mercedes are quite keen to show that the GLA might  just offer a bit more than soft-roader credentials if you opt for a 4MATIC 4WD version (initially available on the 2.0 litre petrol GLA 250 or turbodiesel GLA 220 CDI) in their latest promo video for the GLA.
