Up for auction this week is a set of lower tailgate lock / latch handles Strikes and hardware removed from a 1956 Willys 4wd Wagon.

  • Handles have surface rust but are solid, will need to be blasted and repainted to look good again.
  • Handles are straight with no bends or excessive ware and include the mounting studs, nuts and washers
  • Strikes / catches are surface rusted and have ware but are still very useable yet
  • Latch catches include 4 original star washers and 6 alignment shims (mounting bolts were bad and not included)
  • One stop bolt is also included and good (other one broke)

Although these were removed from a 1956 Willys Wagon, they will likely interchange with other Willys station wagon, truck or jeep models throughout the years so please check your specific application before bidding to be sure they are correct for you.

If you have any questions or need additional pictures send me a message and I'll get back to you asap.
