This is a 57 and 58 Imperial glove box in decent shape for it's age. The satin aluminum trim is pitted and will need to be refinished. The vinyl is very soft and pliable but has a dent in the middle, see picture #3. The emblem is in good condition. Overall a good core to refinish. I have many other 57 and 58 Imperial parts listed with more to come.

Shipping price shown is to the continental United States. If you wish to have it shipped elsewhere please request a shipping price before purchasing.

Mercury dies off, Lincoln to benefit

Thu, 03 Jun 2010

Following the sale of Aston Martin, Land Rover, Jaguar and most recently Volvo (to Chinese automaker Geely), the Blue Oval has now announced the demise of its 'middle of the range' Mercury brand, with production of the last vehicles set to cease at the end of 2010. In a statement released to media, Ford announced that the shuttering of the 71-year old Mercury brand was in the interest of focusing on Lincoln, the automaker's only remaining premium brand.

Seat Leon SC (2013) first pictures of the Leon three-door

Tue, 12 Feb 2013

Seat's sportier, three-door Leon is revealed for the first time today (11 February), and it's the first time the Spanish Golf has ben sold as a three-door.  The 'SC' moniker stands for 'Sports Coupe', but don't think of the Leon SC as a VW Scirocco rival. Despite a shortened wheelbase and raked rear screen, the Leon SC boasts the same rear headroom and bootspace as its five-door sister, claims Seat. Is the new Seat Leon SC just two doors short of a regular Leon?
