Here is a used front bumper end or dagmar or bullet or whatever you would like to call it, from a 1957 Cadillac. This one is from the DRIVERS side of the car. It isn't dented or banged up, but it has rust on it and it may be better suited for a custom application where you paint it. It has several spots where the chrome is missing or bubbled up and that is why it may be better to just paint it. There is no rubber bullet for the end of it, you are getting it just the way you see in the pictures. There are no holes in it and again, no dents or dings. It probably looks better in the pictures than in person as there are quite a few places where the chrome is missing leaving just a rust look. The inside of it on the backside is rusty as you can see in the last picture and you may want to spray that part with rust inhibitor to keep it from going all the way through in years to come. It is heavy, so the winning bidder pays only $20.00 shipping anywhere in the lower 48 United States. Int'l extra. Good luck!!

£70 fine for seven-second parking gaff

Tue, 15 Jul 2014

A CHARITY worker has learned a pricey lesson after being fined £70 by a council for a seven-second stop on zig-zag lines outside a school. Joyce Sale was dropping off charity concert leaflets at the primary school when she was captured by a parking camera car operated by Birmingham City Council. She then received a council letter in the post with details of the penalty notice, working out at £10 for every second her car was stopped.

2013 Land Rover Freelander 2 facelift coming

Tue, 03 Jul 2012

Land Rover are working on a mild facelift for the Freelander 2 for 2013 as it comes towards the end of its shelf life. It’s almost two years since Land Rover last facelifted the Freelander 2, a car that’s been with us since 2006, when they threw in some minor cosmetic tweaks, the first FWD Land Rover and gave us a more powerful diesel option. Somewhere prior to that Land Rover had quietly dropped the V6 petrol engine (in the UK, at least), so adding a more powerful version of the 2.2 litre diesel made sense as did providing a lower price entry point in the FWD Freelander.
