This was in the back seat of a 57 chevy 4 door hardtop, seems in pretty good shape, still flexible, not brittle, but a very old used part with sings of age and possible flaws so take a good look at the pictures to be sure of condition and vehicle fitment.  Also check out my other listings for more original classic parts.

Only one minivan in Chrysler's future, no subcompacts for U.S. market

The Chrysler Group will offer just one minivan in the future--the Chrysler Town & Country--as part of a plan to end duplication in dealer showrooms and give each of its brands a strong and distinctive lineup. Under the plan, the Dodge Grand Caravan minivan and Dodge Avenger mid-sized sedan will be replaced by a single crossover in 2013, Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne told Automotive News. The Chrysler brand will get a replacement for the 200 sedan when the Avenger, its sibling, is replaced.

After all, the current Lotus Elise has been with us for a decade and will be a rather long-in-the-tooth model by the time Lotus turns up with this replacement in 2015. Police to target uninsured drivers by crushing their cars

The Metropolitan Police operation to cut down on uninsured drivers by crushing their vehicles could be rolled out nationwide, claims Auto Express. Operation Cubo has seized more than 14,000 vehicles in London since it was introduced in October 2011. The campaign sets up sites targeting specific areas, using automatic number plate recognition systems to identify cars being driven without insurance.
