We try our best to describe all property offered for auction correctly and

accurately. However, all items are sold on an "AS-IS" basis. Due to the variety of

items we sell we cannot be experts in all things – if you are a discriminating

collector and have expert insight on manufacturing flaws etc…you must ask your

questions ahead of time as these may not be noticed and therefore not be

described in our listings. If you have any questions regarding an item, we strongly encourage the

bidder to e-mail us with the question prior to bidding. Please do not assume

anything about this item. If there is something that should be on the item or

something about the item and you do not see it, or your just not sure, "PLEASE

ASK", before bidding. We will answer all questions, to the best of our knowledge.

Most of the items we sell are vintage or at the very least pre-owned or used. We

take great care to list clean and immediately usable/displayable items, when

possible. However, since these items have had a previous life, they may have

been well loved, or they may have been improperly cared for. We cannot

guarantee absence of all smoke, pet hair, pollen, etc.

We consider the transaction complete when you receive your item(s), and leave

feedback for us, it will then be left for you.

We will work with you on any problems to try to resolve any issue. There is an amicable solution to any potential problem or misunderstanding with mature, respectful communication and professionalism.

Payment must be received within 5 days of auction close, if not, we reserve the

right to cancel the bid or file a Non-Paying Bidder's Claim and relist item.

Thanks for looking!

Lamborghini has finally confirmed the Gallardo is now at the end of its life, with the 2013 Gallardo the ‘Final Gallardo’. But the Lamborghini Gallardo is anything but new as it’s been with us for a decade and, although still selling remarkably well, is well past its sell-by date. So we’d half expected that Paris may have seen the first sight of the Gallardo’s replacement rather than a mildly titivated version of the current car, but that now seems likely to happen at the Geneva Motor Show in 2013 after Lamborghini put up a website this week – The Final Gallardo – leaving us in no doubt the Gallardo’s time is up.
