This is an original  LH (driver's side) rear fender or quarter panel extension or tail light door.  This door was used on the 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 and has the provision for the chrome trim.  This door can also be used on a '57 Thunderbird by filling the two holes for the Fairlane trim.  It was glass beaded and primed.  It has no broken posts, filler or repairs and includes all four mounting studs.  It's a Ford original and has "FoMoCo" and the Ford engineering # "FEG 13502" raised in the casting.  Perfect for replacing a missing, damaged or aftermarket door with an assembly line original.  See my eBay Store for hundreds of other Ford, Thunderbird, Lincoln and Mercury parts including the pair of '57 Ford Fairlane quarter panel extensions.   Payment is expected within 10 days of the close of the auction. The company launched its first-gen system four years ago on the C2 and C3, for which it claims fuel savings of up to 27 percent, but it’ll soon be superseded by a new, cheaper system. The second-generation Stop & Start will be launched in 2010 on PSA’s small petrol and – for the first time – diesel models.
