Audi TT range extended for 2009

Audi has released details of the changes to the Audi TT for 2009, including more models with the quattro option and the S-Line pack available across almost all the range. S-Line (the most popular add-on across the Audi range, and the one guaranteed to get you the best price at trade-in time) is now available on the 2.0 TFSI and 2.0 TDI Coupe and Roadster for an additional £1,615 and on the 3.2 V6 Coupe and Roadster for an additional £1,030. Ford to add 1,200 jobs at Chicago plant to build 2011 Explorer

Ford plans to add 1,200 jobs when it begins making the Explorer sport-utility vehicle later this year in Chicago. The announcement is expected Tuesday morning at the plant. Plans to bring the Explorer from Louisville, Ky., to the underutilized Chicago plant have been known for nearly a year.

Honda CR-Z at Detroit motor show 2010

Honda has today debuted the production version of its CR-Z hybrid sports coupe at the 2010 Detroit motor show. The styling is inspired by the old CRX, but under the skin the CR-Z is pure 21st century hybrid. Featuring a 1.5-litre petrol engine with 108bhp and 71lb ft torque, the CR-Z produces 122bhp and 128lb ft in total thanks to the boost provided by its IMA parallel hybrid system.
