This cool old motor is complete and it turns. I don't know how to restore outboard motors, but it has always been inside a dry shed, it moves, turns and would be fun, great red and white color scheme.  If you can come pickup, Ill gladly whack the entire shipping and part of the price.  I would still want to complete the deal on Ebay though.
