The best-selling BMW 3 Series range is due to be extended with a new 4 Series range of models that will offer the coupe and cabriolet versions of the 3 Series, including a car that could be considered a niche too far – the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe.

Infiniti Q50 revealed ahead of Detroit

Infiniti has released an image of a new Q50 Eau Rouge concept ahead of its debut at the Detroit Motor Show on January 13. The Eau Rouge is based on the Q50 saloon, and the company says it draws inspiration from the collaboration between Infiniti and Red Bull Racing. Design Contest: Automotive design community gathers for annual design awards party in Paris

More than 300 senior members of the automotive design community will be attending the Interior Motives Design Awards 2004 ceremony to be held at Le Cab, Paris on 24 September, during the Paris Motor Show. Attendees will have the chance to meet finalists from the world's top transportation and industrial design courses, as well as the awards' judging panel.
