1958 Corvette "RARE" Chrome Trunk Strap. This is an original part and it seems to be the driver side?? I'm more a Vintage Cadillac Guy, and I believe it's pot metal like the old Caddy Parts. It has a clean break in it with a small hole about 10 inches from the pointed end, but nothing "Lakeside Custom Plating" in Ohio can't fix. They did some pot metals parts for me and they came out showroom!! If you want an original trunk strap for your '58 than this is it. $25 shipping anywhere in the U.S. more for outside. We looked forward to the promised press cars by Christmas 2009, but they never happened as Jaguar worked to make the new XJ as bullet-proof as a car can be. But by the end of May 2010 the first press cars started to arrive and the first customer cars escaped in to the wild.
