This is a rare part for a great car. I owned and bought myself a 1958 Olds Super 88 Convertible, when I was a Junior in High School. It was black with a white ragtop, and red leather interior. It had the 312 HP - J2 option ( ie. 3 - 2 barrel carburetors, and would turn zero to 60 in less than 8 seconds.

This part is NOS GM 574008 and is in a GM box, and I've marked it down to $ 32.75, including FREE SHIPPING.

Thanks for looking,
Ralph / Tulsa
Note: I grew up in Topeka, Kansas and Topeka High School won the Bellamy Award for best High School in 1961. Topeka High also had the teacher of the year award. Mrs. Marjorie French; got the Award for "Teacher of the Year, and invited to the White House and got her award from John F. Kennedy. Her Trigonometry Class was photographed, and it was in Time & Life Magazine. I was second back from the front in the middle.. I have many friends that I still talk to or email regularly that were in that Trig Class..

Fiat 500L launches

Wed, 04 Jul 2012

The Fiat 500L – a larger Fiat 500 based on the Punto – has launched in Italy ahead of going on sale in the UK in early 2013. We had the official arrival of the Fiat 500L at the Geneva Motor Show in March, and now we get the 500L’s official launch in Turin – together with lots of new photos and a video – before the 500L goes on sale around the world. The 500L is actually based on the underpinnings of the Punto to create a 500 MPV and, sensibly, Fiat has done with the 500L  what MINI did with the Countryman and slapped an iconic badge on even though the 500L bears scant resemblance to its cute little sibling.

Packard 1108 Twelve wins Pebble Beach concours

Mon, 19 Aug 2013

The 1934 Packard 1108 Twelve that won the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in a perfect coat of dark green paint was once a lowly taxi cab prowling the streets of Puerto Rico in roughly applied red and orange livery. "A gentleman named Ricardo Ricasta bought it in New York in 1934 and the car returned to Ricasta's original home in Puerto Rico for a while," owner Joseph Cassini said. "When he passed away and the family had no interest in the car, it became a taxi cab for a while." Imagine hailing a cab in downtown San Juan and this magnificent Packard rolls up.
