This auction is for one lower steering column bearing and support assembly for 59-64  Chevy Impala with a Non Tilt column shift automatic, floor shift automatic, or floor shift manual trans steering column. We also manufacture a simular item for these applications with a Tilt steering column. Check out my other items!

This lower bearing support is manufactured from Black Delrin material, the sealed bearing is new and is made in the USA. This assembly installs into the mast jacket like the original. Beware that this bearing assembly is not the same one offered by another vendor. We are the original manufacturer. Our bearing is a factory sealed unit (note the black rubber seal) and our assembly includes a new bolts to secure the assembly to the column as originally designed. No modification to the steering column is needed to install this assembly.

We also manufacture a total of 40 different lower bearing assemblies that cover most all GM applications from 1958 thru 1995. Not just Chevelle, Nova, Camaro, and Impala but also Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, and Chevy and GMC Pickups, GM Motor Home chassis as well as P series vans and Cab-Chassis units. We manufacture many Ford and Mopar lower bearing kits from 1960 -60. Most of these have been discontinued by GM, Ford, & Mopar for several years.

We can custom manufacture a lower bearing assembly for your special product. If you need a single part or 1000 pcs. contact us.

We also manufacture and overhaul tilt and standard steering columns for most GM, Ford, & Mopar cars and Pickups from 1948 thru 1995. From parts to overhaul service we can get you on the road. Just a few tilt steering columns we manufacture are 55-57 Chevy, 67-68 & 69 Camaro, 62-66, 67, 68, & 69-72 ChevyII and Nova, 58-68 Impala, 46-66, 67, 68, & 69-72 Chevelle, 48-53, 54-55, 55-59, 60-66, & 67-72 Chevy Pickups, 63-69 Mopar, 70-74Mopar "A" Body, 48-67 Ford passenger cars, and 47-79 Ford Pickups.  See our site at cjsrods.com. Hyundai i-flow concept previews 2011 i40

Mon, 15 Feb 2010

Hyundai will unveil the new i-flow concept car at the Geneva motor show 2010. The new i-flow previews the style of Hyundai’s upcoming Sonata replacement, the i40. Toyota reveals safety research car at CES

Mon, 07 Jan 2013

One day before the International Consumer Electronics Show opened its doors in Las Vegas, Toyota took the wraps off the highest-tech Lexus LS ever made. The car -- with spinning sensors and probing lasers galore -- is meant to demonstrate safety features that could be coming to production cars someday soon. Called the Advanced Safety Research Vehicle, it sure looked like some of the autonomous self-driving vehicles we saw at the DARPA Challenge, but Toyota stressed that a robot car is not the goal.
