FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION ARE A SET OF FOUR (4) 1959 CADILLAC FRONT FENDER LOWER BOLT WASHERS. THESE ARE EXACT COPIES OF THE ORGINAL WASHERS THAT WERE ON ALL 1959 CADILLACS. THESE MIGHT THE APPICALABLE FOR 1960 AS WELL, I DON’T KNOW. THERE ARE TWO OF THESE WASHERS ON THE LOWER FENDERS BEHIND THE WHEEL WELLS ON EACH SIDE. I HAD THESE FABRICATED BECAUSE I NEEDED THEM FOR MY CAR. WHEN YOU CAN’T BUY OR GET THEM ANYWHERE; YOU MAKE THEM. NO ONE SELLS THESE. THESE ARE NEW; THE ORIGINALS ARE SLIGHTY CONCAVE UP FORWARDS THE FENDER. IF YOU ARE DOING A 100 POINT SHOW RESTORATION OR JUST WANT AS CORRECT AS YOU CAN GET ON YOUR RESTORE, HERE’S YOUR CHANCE. THEY WILL NEED TO BE PAINTED TO MATCH YOUR CAR’S COLOR. I’VE ATTACHED PICTURES OF ORIGINALS SO YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE. THE NICE SHINY SILVER ONE IS WHAT ONE OF YOUR ORIGINALS WILL LOOK LIKE WHEN YOU CLEAN IT AND ELECTROPLATE IT IN CLEAR ZINC, IT LOOKS LIKE CRAP. BMW 6 Series Coupe
Wed, 23 Mar 2011Following on from the recently launched cabriolet variant, BMW has revealed the all-new, technologically advanced 2+2 seat 6 Series coupe. Now in its third generation, the 6 Series features a new interpretation of the traditional BMW coupe proportions: low and wide with a long hood and a long wheelbase. Measuring in at 4894mm long and 1894mm wide, the new car is 75mm longer and 39mm wider than its predecessor, but sits 5mm lower to the ground (at 1369mm tall).
VW planning to sell 2 versions of Polo compact in U.S.
Mon, 16 Mar 2009Volkswagen plans to sell two versions of its Polo compact car in the United States: a sedan smaller than the current Jetta and a four-door hatchback roomier than the one shown this month at the Geneva auto show. Both versions would be designed especially for the United States, said Volkswagen Group of America CEO Stefan Jacoby. Sales could start in 2011, he said.
