:

1959 Cadillac Stainless Steel lower tail light bezels.  Located close to the bumper.  These are two small closeout panels.  Taken from a recently parted out Cadillac.  I just light cleaned them, but they will need a good buffing.  One of these has several scratches (see picture), and the other one has on the back side attachment clip a small quarter inch split in the stainless, but this cannot be seen when installed.  They are priced accordingly...dirt cheap.

These are a great find for the Cadillac enthusiast, even though they are 54 years old.  They are not being reproduced.  Buy them cheap, spend a little time cleaning them up and you have a great set.

Reserve price is $20.  Good luck.  Happy Bidding.

Peugeot 207 Economique – the 99g car

Mon, 20 Jul 2009

The Peugeot 207 Economique - guess what its CO2 is?! As you may well have guessed, this is another car maker rolling out the usual low rolling resistance, lowered suspension, gear-change-light, steel wheels version of their regular runaround to create a car that magically dips below 100g/km CO2. Of course it’s completely disingenuous, because unless you drive like you’re carrying the last live eggs of the Dodo all the time you won’t get the CO2 levels quoted, and nor will you get the headline economy.

By Guy Bird Motor Shows 21 April 2008 17:34 Feedback on the forthcoming Mercedes GLK has been mixed to say the least. The final production version at the Beijing motor show is – as predicted – little changed and still ugly, especially in the side profile. However, in ‘on-road’ guise it does have some saving graces… It seems so.
