The 2013 Toyota Yaris Trend has been launched with styling tweaks and the Yaris TR and SR get new Appearance Packs. Toyota are aiming the Yaris Tend at ‘younger, design-conscious consumers’, so they’ve been busy giving the Trend a tweak or three to make it more appealing to their target demographic. That means keeping the chrome bits round the nose from the previous Yaris Trend, with versions optioned in white getting matching covers in the headlamp units, chrome door sills and mirrors and blacked-out B and C Pillars for a ‘floating roof’ effect.

Suzuki has extended the Grand Vitara SZ Range with new engines and a minor restyle When the SZ range launched it did so with a 2.4 litre engine. But, in these constrained times, a 2.4 litre engine is not going to be your biggest selling point, particularly in a compact SUV. The National Automobile Museum of Turin, Italy, has reopened its doors to welcome a bevy of Pininfarina models from past and present into its midst. The display takes on some of the milestone models of Pininfarina design and sees a wide selection of cars take up residence amidst the 200 others already on display at the recently renovated museum. Of the more desirable models being shown is a 1947 Cisitalia 202, the two seater berlinetta that has been described as 'moving sculpture' by Arthur Drexler, the highly influential curator and director at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
