Up for bid here is a tough to find in NOS condition 1959 Chevrolet Impala, Biscayne, Bel Air, Brookwood, Nomad, ignition switch in original Delco/Remy GM box. Switch is new, never been installed in a car, however it’s 54 years old sitting on a shelf collecting dust. Nothing fits and works like original Delco/Remy parts. Part number is 1116562, which replaced 1116556 (and superseded by 1116570) - 4-SlipTerminals. Look at pictures, what you see is what you get. No returns, sold as-is.

Mercedes SLC confirmed once more Mercedes big-wigs have been discussing future plans for AMG and have confirmed production of the Mercedes SLC – a baby SLS. It’s always nice to speculate on new cars to come from interesting car makers, and in the case of Mercedes we’ve been actively playing the baby SLS game – a Mercedes SLC – since 2009. What we need to remember is that the SLS – and any SLC to come – is not really a Mercedes, it’s an AMG.

Its latest effort is the startling bright and bewinged Elise S Cup R, pictured above. Over at Chrysler, we suppose any good news is worth celebrating, and the production of more than 12 million minivans during the past 25 years is certainly noteworthy. To mark the occasion, Chrysler is introducing the 25th Anniversary Editions of the Chrysler Town & Country and the Dodge Grand Caravan. Both models will feature new interior color combinations, trims, Stow 'n Go seating, UConnect stereo interface and second- and third-row heated seats.
