1959 Pan Head set complete. Taken off running pan/shovel. Cleaned up but not rebuilt. Rear ex. port welded and helicoiled where required. Work appears professional in quality. Stainless steel covers and aluminum rings. D ring screws mismatched and some missing with a 3.5 inch X 1/2 inch dent/ scrape on one of the covers but looks repairable.

They like to call it the seventh generation Passat, but when we reported the reveal at the Paris Motor Show we said we struggled to see it as a anything more than six and three-quarters as its underpinnings are identical. Actually, Passat 6.5 might be e better description.

Fri, 30 Sep 2011Citroen has teamed up with Mitsubishi again for its new compact SUV. The new Citroen C4 Aircross is based on Mitsu's ASX crossover and goes on UK sale in the second half of 2012. Citroen and Mitsubishi has form here; they collaborated on the C-Crosser (based on the Outlander) and the C-Zero electric car.

Officially the new concept will be shown for the first time on the evening of the Paris show, but details of the car have already started to leak out onto the internet. The concept is apparently a four-door super-saloon called Estoque, after the short sword matadors use to kill the bull at the end of a bullfight.
