Up for auction is a dipstick to measure the oil level in a straight six cylinder Ford motor. I believe this will fit the 144, 170, and 200 inline 6 for most years. To make sure this will fit your application, check the measurements. The overall length is 16” and the measurement from where the cap stop is to the line between ADD and FULL is 10-3/4”. Width is 1/4”.

Chris Bangle resigns as BMW Group Design Director

BMW today announced that Chris Bangle is resigning from his position as Head of Design for the BMW Group. Bangle will be handing over his post to current Head of BMW Automobile Design, Adrian van Hooydonk, when he leaves the company to pursue his own design-related endeavors outside the auto industry. Bangle has worked closely with van Hooydonk at BMW Group Design Development for nearly 17 years.
