The difference is the mounting brackets used, both inside and outside, on the truck. Both styles were made by Unity. This NO RESERVE auction is for the rare LEFT outside mounting bracket, 141,  for the factory installed version.  We will include 2 of the correct slotted mounting screws, gasket, drill bushing, 6 page installation instructions, and template.   This RARE factory installed outside bracket is to be used with the factory installed inside bracket  8205 LH (listed on another auction).  Do Not pass this by!
