This is a nice solid original set of V8 engine mounts for 1960-65 Ford Falcon, Mercury Comet, and possibly Mustang. The part casting number starts with C3 (63). I'm not sure what other years these will fit so please check your own compatibility before bidding/buying. I'm including the intermediate mounts which are often sold separately. This set only needs to be cleaned up and painted. I bought these for my 61 Falcon but I decided to stay with the 6 cylinder engine.

Full payment is due within 24 hours of auction ending through Pay Pal only.

Standard flat rate shipping and handling is $20 to ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. only.

Jaguar design through the eyes of art students

Wed, 22 May 2013

London's Clerkenwell Design Week runs from May 21-23, serving as the United Kingdom's leading independent design festival. Jaguar is the primary sponsor this year and for the event, it challenged students at the Royal College of Art to create a joint exterior and interior form study which “expresses their vision of future Jaguar design language in either a sports or luxury context.” Ewan Gallimore and Claire Miller won the contest with the F-type skeleton pictured, beating eight other teams. "We began the project by looking at light, specifically the way the light falls within the space at Clerkenwell," said Gallimore and Miller.

This new baby Mercedes will make its world debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

The Mitsubishi PX-MiEV Concept - a hybrid crossover The ‘PX’ bit of the name is Mitsubishi’s code for Plug-in Hybrid Crossover (saves a bit of room on the boot lid), so the PX-MiEV gets a 1.6 litre 4-pot to drive the front wheels together with an electric motor. An additional electric motor is used to power the rear wheels when circumstances dictate. The PX-MiEV can also run for up to 30 miles in EV mode, after which it turns in to a hybrid to drive and recharge the batteries.
