you are bidding on an original delco-remy generator off of a 1960 chevy wagon, 283 power pack 4 barrel car 230 horse. should fit corvette of the same year as this is the same as the corvette base engine.  mounts on the drivers side exhaust manifold.  includes mounting bracket.  part number and ser. no. are clearly visible on the original tag. needs cleaning up but worked fine when removed.
item is heavy.  shipping via us post office.  method of shipping will be least expensive plus insurance.  shipping price listed is an estimate.  it it ends up being less, I will refund you the difference via paypal.  If its more, I will absorb the difference. Guessing it weighs around 20 pounds.

Jaguar Land Rover creates another 1100 jobs

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) are creating a further 1,100 jobs in the Jaguar plant at Castle Bromwich to cope with anticipated demand. Last week we said we were expecting an announcement from Jaguar Land Rover about production at Castle Bromwich following a deal with Unions to secure new working practices. And this seems to be it.

Volvo C30, Ford Focus fare well in insurance-group crash tests

Four two-door cars received the highest safety rating in frontal crashes and two received that rating for side collisions in recent testing by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The institute gave its "good" rating in side crashes to the Volvo C30 and two-door Ford Focus. Those vehicles, along with the two-door Honda Civic and Chevrolet Cobalt, also received "good" ratings for frontal collisions, the non-profit group funded by auto insurers said.
